All our items are delicately hand made and made to order; therefore we practice a strict final sale policy. We ask that you please choose your item(s) carefully and contact us first if you have any questions before placing an order.

After receiving the item, please inspect it immediately. If there is a wrong item shipment or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will replace or repair as needed. If contacted after 48 hours of arrival, the item will be the full responsibility of the buyer. If possible, we will work with you to resolve any issues!
